Most B2B marketplace websites and ecommerce websites are available free for buyers.  You just need to register your company with some simple information.  However, question is not easy to verify real qualified or right mainland suppliers if you do not visit them.  Are those listed within 10 on the first page of B2B websits' selling leads qualified? Well, maybe.  It sure proves that these suppliers pay larger member fee than those who pay less, or these manufacturers pay much on the key words you search.  Also it is a headache that you get hundreds of quotation with representation of they are the leading manufacturers of their field and their quality are good with competitive price. When you place order and get goods, it turns out hat cheap price means rubbish, to save cost become to wate more.

Are you worried about poor quality or short quantity when importing goods from Asia? Basing on the above, here collected some more information of Asian suppliers for buyers to estimate and select right ones.

Alibaba.com took a good chance and developed to a so-called leading e-commerce company in China. Unlike other B2B marketplace websites, Alibaba.com charged a lot from China suppliers, from USD3,000.00 to USD30,000.00 each time. The funny thing is those factories that have continuous order usually pay little on B2B marketplace websites, or they do not treat it as the main advertising or promotion method.  As more and more B2B platforms are booming up,  to filter right China suppliers becomes difficult.  So after you select out suppliers from B2B websites, there still have many other work need to complete.

1. To  check suppliers' quotation. It is easy for you to send one enquiry to many factories. but it is difficult to chose a right supplier with fit price. Are those that can reduce price very low reliable? Maybe they just want to get the first order as soon as possible. And when they need to increase price later after you place order, the most often used reason is material price getting increasing.  More important, the cost involved in solving problems associated with low-end products is usually higher than that of making a better product. So,  to get familiar with material price and eveluate rough product cost by yourself is most reliable.

2. To check suppliers' capability. How many production lines and labors they have.  What machines they have.  What is their comptitive technology. Why thier price so cheap or so high? If you yourself is an expert of your field, you know if what they told you true or not. Check on those practical detail other than those certificates. Because somebody that are thirsty of money crazy even make fake certificates and sell them in market.

3. Check who are their main customers. You can google their buyers' information later.  Are these buyers big or small or very professional in this industry?  And what quality control standards do these buyers use?  Are their standards fits your or your country's demands to the prodcuts?  Smaller buyers may simply make their own inspection trips and trust in large part on the goodwill of the Asian suppliers they work with. Remember that you bear the full legal responsibility to ensure that the products you bring into your country are safe.

4. To choose and work with right suppliers is the best way to ensure that product safety and quality standards are met.  Finding and working with manufacturers that understand the buyers' needs, communicate any questions clearly and early in the process, and are willing to assume some of the responsibility of the buyer as part of their own internal processes will go a long way toward ensuring that problems are solved as soon as they come up.
